Basseterre: St. Kitts, Wednesday, October 08 2025: The Ministry of Education wishes to inform the public that ALL SCHOOLS including Early Childhood Centres in St. Kitts will be closed today, Wednesday, October 08, for instruction due to the effects of a tropical wave that is currently passing over St. Kitts and Nevis.
School will resume on Thursday, October 09, unless otherwise informed. Please continue to listen for official releases from the Ministry of Education.
Please note that this tropical wave is unrelated to Tropical Storm Jerry.
